1. INTRODUCTION
Please read these Rules of Acceptable Use carefully, as they set out important rules that apply to your use of the Wild Service, how you interact with other users and the content that you post to the Wild Service.
These Rules of Acceptable Use form part of our agreement with you in relation to your use of the Wild Service, as set out in our Terms of Service. Terms used in the Terms of Service has the same meanings when used in these Rules of Acceptable Use.
2. HOW WE ENFORCE THESE RULESWe monitor any User Content uploaded to your public profile on the Wild Service using a combination of artificial intelligence tools and human review. However, if you encounter any behavior or User Content on the Wild Service that breaches these Rules of Acceptable Use, please report it to us by emailing us at support@justbewild.com, identifying the relevant user and describing the content complained of, or by using the "report" functionality on the relevant user's account page on the Wild Service.
- immediate, temporary or permanent removal or deletion of your User Content;
- immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Wild Service;
- issuing of a warning to you;
- legal action against you including proceedings for reimbursement of all costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach; and/or
- disclosure of such information to law enforcement and other relevant authorities (including, but not limited to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children’s CyberTipline) as we reasonably feel is necessary.
These actions are not limited and we may take any other action we reasonably deem to be appropriate.
- take screenshots or screen recordings of, or otherwise copy or distribute, other users’ photos or profile details;
- circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with any security related features of the Wild Service or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of the content or materials accessible via the Wild Service;
- give any false or misleading information or permit another person to use the Wild Service under your name or on your behalf;
- impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or give the impression they are linked to us, if this is not the case;
- use the Wild Service other than for its intended purpose as set out in these Terms of Service;
- use the Wild Service to promote third party commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes and other sales promotions, product placements, advertising or job posting or employment ads;
- use any manual or automated process to extract, scrape, collect, harvest or gather information or User Content from the Wild Service;
- use the Wild Service if we have suspended your access to it, or have otherwise banned you from using it;
- modify, interfere, intercept, disrupt or hack the Wild Service or collect any data from the Wild Service other than in accordance with these Terms of Service; or
- misuse the Wild Service by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which would harm the Wild Service or the equipment of any user of the Wild Service, or using any automated system, including without limitation "robots", "spiders" or "offline readers" to access the Wild Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Wild Service than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time.

containing personal information (including images or voice clips) of people without their consent;
- Child abuse or exploitation: content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children, including real or simulated sexually explicit activity involving a child, grooming, sextortion, child sex trafficking, or any other sexual exploitation of a child;
- Animal abuse: sexual intercourse with animals and/or cruelty, violence or harm against animals;
- Non-consensual acts, including:
- any real or simulated non-consensual sexual intercourse, forced sexual intercourse, molestation, rape;
- unsolicited sexual content or unsolicited language that sexually objectifies any other individual in a non-consensual way, or contains fake or manipulated sexual content in relation to any other individual (including "deepfakes");
- the use or consumption of any type of chemical, liquid, or substance real or simulated to render someone unconscious, incapacitated, immobilized, intoxicated, paralyzed, sedated, or inebriated;
- real or simulated kidnapping, capture, or abduction;
- real or simulated non-consensual sexual intercourse with someone asleep, comatose, hypnotized, brainwashed, or mind controlled;
- real or simulated sexual intercourse with a corpse;
- real or simulated human trafficking, exploitation, or smuggling; or
- real or simulated asphyxiation, strangulation, or suffocation.

Illegal activities and regulated goods, including:
- the consumption of known, illegal drugs or substances;
- advocating, promoting or inciting anyone to commit or assist with any unlawful or criminal act;
- selling, trading or promoting regulated goods, including: (1) weapons or ammunition, (2) drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or controlled substances, (3) electronic cigarettes or electronic cigarette refill containers, (4) prescription-only medicine, (5) live animals or animal parts, (6) weight loss products, and (7) cosmetic procedures; or
- the depiction of real incest.
- Solicitation: selling or promoting escort services or prostitution.

Bullying and Harassment, such as:
- attacking, threatening, intimidating or humiliating others;
- encouraging or promoting self-injury, including suicide and cutting; or
- unwanted romantic advances, or unwelcome sexual remarks.

Scams or fraud, including:
- deceiving others to obtain money or access private information;
- promoting the sale of illegal services or regulated goods;
- misleading or deceptive information about oneself, one's business, one's qualifications, work experience, affiliations, or achievements;
- impersonating others with a fake account; or
- publishing User Content with a hacked account, or unauthorized account takeover.
- Defamatory content: defamatory statements or falsehoods that could harm another person's reputation.
- Violence of any kind, including threatening violence against any individual or group, depicting murder, snuff, torture, abuse, mutilation or lynching or depicting real cannibalism.
- Dangerous groups and individuals who are promoting dangerous terrorist, criminal or hate groups, leaders or individuals associated with them, and/or depicting or encouraging terrorist acts, violent extremism or severe harm.
- Suicide, self-injury or harm, including suicidal remarks or threatening to harm oneself.
- Bodily fluids, including depicting the consumption of real or simulated urine, real or simulated feces, and/or real blood.
- Private information: exposing or threatening to expose an individual's private information without their permission or with malicious intent, including their home address, personal phone number, medical records, bank account information and other information reasonably considered to be private and/or that might threaten the safety of the individual or their family.
- Hateful and discriminatory content, which has the effect of creating or promoting hatred, division or discrimination against individuals or groups based on their actual or perceived race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation or disability status, or of harassing or inciting violence against a person or group, or which is otherwise prejudicial to human dignity.
